Bird Boxes and Bio-Diversity.

With help from our children, we have been making bird boxes of different sizes and designs and placing these in trees around our Forest School. We want to increase the bio-diversity of the Forest School and hope we can attact more birds (and bats) to nest wihtin the site.

The new bird boxes are however, only the start of our environmental ambitions. We have now commissioned an ecology consultant to advise us on how best we can increase the bio-diversity of the site (including the provision of a lake!).
