• Welcome to our fees page

This page outlines our fees for Full Day Care, School Age Child places, School Holiday Club and guidance for Funded Children and Help for Parents towards the cost of childcare.

Full day care
We provide full day care for children from the age of six weeks up until school age. The current fee for this is £57.96 per day with a discount for a full week. There is also a discount of 10% for a second (applied to oldest child) and then for each subsequent child thereafter.

Daily fees cover our normal opening times which are between 07:30 and 18:00 each day. However, parents can, for a small fee extend each day. Additional times can be booked from 07:00 to 07:30 each day (fee £3.35) and from 18:00 to 18:30 (fee £7.00) each day.

All our fees include the full cost of all meals, nappies, baby wipes, formula milk, transport, outings etc, as well as access to our Nursery webcam system, Parent Portal and Parentzone. Therefore, apart from our standard daily fees, we have no other charges whatsoever.

There are no fees payable for statutory Bank Holidays.

Funded children
We are able to provide places for children in receipt of Two Year Funding. Please contact us if you think you might be eligible for this and we will do our best to advise you and undertake the necessary online application with you.

For parents of children in our Pre-School who are in receipt of Three and Four Year Old Funding, we can offer a range of flexible options that include shorter days, term-time only contracts and the option to stretch their funding over the whole year, not just term time. Please note that the basic Universal funding for three and four year old children (up to a maximum of 15 hours per week in school term-time), is available to all parents from the school term following their child’s third birthday. An additional Enhanced fifteen hours funded hours is available to most parents. However, unlike the Universal entitlement, parents must make the application themselves for this via the Government’s dedicated website.

General
A place can be reserved by payment of a deposit of £100.00. The size of this deposit it fixed, regardless of the number of days required, or how far into the future a place is booked. Deposits are non-refundable but are rebated in full against a child’s first invoice.

We only review our fees once a year (at the end of each financial year). Once these have been reviewed, they are then fixed for the whole of the following financial year.

Please feel free to contact us should you require a full schedule of our fees (including all our options for three and four year) children.

Invoicing
In order to provide the maximum level of transparency for parents as possible, we issue invoices on a calendar monthly basis. Each invoice details the exact number of days booked within the month for which it is issued. It provides the dates of each session invoiced for, as well as the fee for that day and any discount.

Parents can always view their invoice, twenty-four hours a day, from anywhere in the world, by simply accessing our Parentzone App on any computer, mobile phone or tablet (Apple or Android). This provides details of each invoice, including the total monthly fee and can be broken down to show each individual day invoiced for together with that day’s fee, as well as any discount given. In addition, it also shows details of all payments made and provides an up to date account balance.

Help for parents towards the cost of their childcare
A number of Government schemes are available for parents to help towards the cost of their childcare. A full list of these can be found by viewing the Government's own childcare information website www.childcarechoices.gov.uk. We recommend all parents do this.

We accept childcare voucher payments from all voucher providers, as well as those operated by employers and parents who are self-employed. However, childcare voucher schemes are now no longer open to new applicants. We also accept payments via the Tax Free Childcare scheme, which is the Government’s replacement system for the older Childcare Voucher Scheme.
